Substituting PT for Fitness Training

About Our Programs

running a PT class or fitness program is not easy or beneficial if you do not have the proper tools, guidelines, experience, or qualifications to do so. we have discovered that many teachers are faced with this challenge when having to create a PT program, taking into account all the risk factors that comes with it. working with children of different fitness levels, different age groups, or grades can be quite challenging and overwhelming.

 

this is why child development is our primary objective in our schools' wellness program. we identify what the need is and equip schools with qualified instructors to deliver quality service in health and fitness in line with the curriculum and the vision and mission of the school. 

Foundation Phase

  • Basic skills training   (Balancing & Hand-eye coordination)

  • Flexibility and Mobility

  • Fitness Training

  • Gross and Fine Motor Skills

Primary School

in addition to our schools' program, we run various team building and matric Boot Camp to uplift individuals and educate them on the values of unity, hard work, and decision making and install confidence, build character and leadership qualities that will last them a lifetime.

this is a fun and exciting one day, 5 hours Boot Camp with moderate to advanced level which is sure to test the students' ability to cope under pressure.

High School
