We’re tackling the ever-growing childhood obesity epidemic by helping to shift the focus of PE classes from traditional sports toward health and physical activity, whilst making it fun.
It is recommended that students engage in at least 60 minutes of moderate- to vigorous physical activity on most or all days, but in the digital age that we are in, it is no surprise that many fall short of this goal.
Did you know that physical exercise helps students relieve stress and anxiety? Using sport and PE, the self control and discipline that they will learn, can be used in all areas of their lives.
How does it work?

we work with schools in all districts to implement physical fitness training as part of PE.

We’ll adjust each session according to the grade and pay special attention to the individual fitness level of the students.

We’ll create strategies to increase the duration of physical activity and use our teaching techniques to keep the students engaged and active.

Our coaches' primary job is to help improve the performance of your school’s students by motivating and instructing.
They’re certified, and able to motivate and communicate their ideas to students in an easily understandable way. And most importantly, they are fun!
